CV SUBMISSION

If the User sends their CV through our website, they are informed that the data provided will be processed to make them a participant in the selection processes that may exist, carrying out an analysis of the applicant's profile with the aim of selecting the best candidate for the Manager's vacant position. We inform you that this is the only official procedure to accept your curriculum vitae, so CVs sent by any other procedure will not be accepted. In the event of any modification to your data, we kindly ask you to notify us in writing as soon as possible, in order to keep your data properly updated.

The data will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which it will be deleted, guaranteeing total respect for confidentiality both in the processing and in its subsequent destruction. In this regard, once said period has elapsed, and if you wish to continue participating in the Manager's selection processes, we kindly ask you to resend us your curriculum vitae.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

Images are captured for the purpose of preserving the security of persons and property, as well as vehicles.

The user is informed by means of a video surveillance sign located in a place prior to the camera and sufficiently visible that informs that the vehicle is under video surveillance.

No assignments are foreseen, except to the Security Forces and Bodies, nor will any international data transfer be carried out.

The images will be kept for a maximum period of 30 days from their capture. Once said period has elapsed, the images must be cancelled, in accordance with current regulations. Which states: “the cancellation will result in the blocking of the data, being kept solely at the disposal of Public Administrations, Judges and Courts, for the attention of possible responsibilities arising from the processing, during their limitation period. Once the aforementioned period has elapsed, the deletion must proceed.”

RECORDING OF TELEPHONE CALLS FOR SECURITY/QUALITY

44 Marina Bus, S.L. has implemented a call recording system to ensure quality control and proper provision of the service and the management of incidents/complaints/claims.

The user is informed by voiceover at the start of the call. Your data will not be transferred, except for compliance with legal obligations to which the provider is subject due to its activity. No international data transfers are made. The provider works with service providers with whom it has signed the corresponding data processor contracts with these service providers, as required by regulations on personal data protection. No automated individual decisions are taken.

All decisions affecting this processing are made with human intervention and for the aforementioned purposes. The recordings will be stored for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were recorded and after the end of said period, during the legal limitation periods that apply. The data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the request and the eventual delivery of the object, as well as during the periods necessary to address possible responsibilities arising from said management. After these periods have elapsed, the data will be deleted or, where appropriate, blocked in accordance with applicable regulations.

Personal data will not be communicated to third parties, except by legal obligation, requirement of competent authorities or when necessary for the proper management of the lost property service. ¡

The refusal to provide the essential data to identify the requesting person or to verify their relationship with the object may prevent the delivery of the claimed object. REVOCABILITY
