BusDénia is the urban transport service of the city of Dénia, connecting neighbourhoods, residential areas and key locations with the city centre and essential services.
The service operates five urban lines designed to meet everyday mobility needs, with timetables and frequencies adapted to both residents and increased demand during the summer months.
BusDénia provides easy access to healthcare centres, educational facilities, shopping areas and coastal zones, contributing to a more sustainable, comfortable and efficient way of getting around Dénia.

We provide real-time service information, including bus location tracking and incident monitoring, to ensure a more reliable and efficient operation of the network.

Our fleet is equipped with a Service Management System (SMS), allowing real-time monitoring of operations, bus timetables and service disruptions.

We provide users with all service information through this website, the mobile app, in printed format and at BusDénia line stops.
Quality
We operate an Integrated Quality Management System aimed at continuously improving the organisational aspects of our service and its technical quality, in line with the quality standards set out in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and UNE 13816.
In addition, we carry out ongoing quality assessments, compile customer satisfaction indicators, and conduct mystery shopping across our services, as well as line-by-line punctuality checks and vehicle safety inspections. We also carefully address all suggestions and requests we receive.
